The Reliable Surface Water in NSW dataset was created in 2013 to identify areas of NSW with reliable surface water supply. This mapping, together with rainfall reliability and highly productive groundwater data, is used to determine whether land has reliable water access for the purpose of classifying Biophysical Strategic Agricultural Land (BSAL) at regional and site levels. |
